A wall often means that your brain is in a reconciliation/confusion/overconfidence process. There are a lot of reasons for this. <BR/><BR/>But stopping gives your brain the ability to work this out. <BR/><BR/>You tend to also find that it will be easier to train for awhile after the break. <BR/><BR/>Not too long, 1-2 weeks.
