Playing with a plan, I feel more confident and waste less time in positions with no obvious tactics, because I have goals!

I made a few errors here: (1) I should have castled before playing 8.d4, (2) I blundered away a pawn with 18.Nd5, and (3) I traded down into a lost pawn endgame. Not bad play overall.
